- delivered to nominated job site, $30.00 per order.
- orders for delivery with a value less than $100.00 will attract
a delivery fee of $40.00.
- MATERIAL DAMAGE top of page
Stalco will not accept responsibility for goods damaged or lost
after delivery to the nominated site. The customer is responsible
for the security and condition of the goods delivered.
- RE-DELIVERY top of page
Where delivery cannot be made due to circumstances beyond the
control of Stalco and it is necessary to return to a site to effect
delivery, an additional delivery charge will be invoiced.
- CONTINUOUS GUTTER LENGTHS top of page
- Orders for lengths of continuous guttering will only be
accepted in increments of 100mm. Where possible small runs should
be combined as a single long length.
- The maximum length of any one piece of continuous guttering is
20 metres. Lengths over 20 metres will only be delivered if special
handling arrangements are made at the time of placing orders.
Stalco will not accept any responsibility for gutter shape or
straightness for lengths over 20 metres.
- The minimum job size for rollout of continuous guttering is one
length of 5 metres.

Delivery times are not guaranteed, any times estimated for delivery
are estimates only. Stalco shall not be held liable for failure to
deliver from any cause whatsoever.

- TRADING TERMS top of page
All credit accounts must be maintained within the agreed credit
limit and be settled within 30 days from the end of the month in
which goods are purchased, otherwise deliveries will be
discontinued. Where a Credit Account has not been opened, cash,
bank cheque, credit card or direct deposit whichever is acceptable
to Stalco, is required at the time of placing orders. For full

invoice, or Conditions of
Sale.
- RETURNS FOR CREDIT top of page
The customer must return relevant goods to our warehouse in prime
saleable condition where they will be assessed for credit. A
restocking charge equal to 10% of the original invoiced value will
apply to the returned goods. Gutter rollformed on-site and goods
purchased in by Stalco for resale will not be accepted back for
credit.

Verbal orders will be accepted but written (fascimile or email)
orders giving specific details of the goods required are preferred.
Non standard Stalco products must be stipulated at time of placing
orders. Stalco will not be held liable for orders not evidenced in
writing.
- STOCK AVAILABILITY top of page
Whilst every effort will be made to ensure that adequate stock
levels are maintained, no liability of any kind whatsoever shall be
incurred by Stalco in the event of their being unable to fulfil a
customer's order.
- PRODUCT VALUES top of page
Whilst every effort to give adequate notice of impending price
rises, Stalco reserves the right to adjust prices without notice
where necessary.
- PROTECTION , GUTTER COILS top of page
Gutter coils are sold on the condition that the purchaser will take
adequate measures to protect the product from moisture, attack by
chemical agents and fumes and other physical damage prior to and
during manufacture, and specifically damage to paint finish and/or
structure during manufacture. Stalco Continuous Gutters Pty Ltd
will not be responsible for any damage so sustained.
